Dunkin' Donuts is a small business in FOOD_BEVERAGE_SERVICES. We are professional and fast paced. We are looking for store manager, assistant manager and crew for our Lebanon, PA store.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective performance
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash management
- Conduct interviews, hire, train, and develop new employees
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Communicate with customers to address their needs and resolve any issues or complaints
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and cash handling practices
- Ability to interview, hire, train, and develop employees
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
